Although Exe doesn't collect your personal information or distribute it, complete confidentiality and security cannot currently be guaranteed on the Internet and/or where data is transferred using a Wireless data transmission technology. You understand and agree that Exe is not responsible for any damages/losses resulting in transmission of information through such means.
